Michallier accepts accredited and institutional investors across three classes: institutional allocators (Class A), family offices and qualified private investors (Class B), and the Haitian diaspora through the Class C Feeder Fund. Qualification requirements vary by jurisdiction; Investor Relations will guide you through eligibility for your situation.
Family office subscriptions start at $100,000. The Diaspora Feeder Fund has no minimum, with participation from as little as $100. Institutional commitments are set by mandate. Michallier Savings Certificates start at $5,000.
Capital is called as investments close, aligned with deployment rather than drawn upfront. Standard notice is 10 business days, and a full transaction history is available on the Investor Portal at all times.

Distributions follow realized returns from portfolio assets, delivered on a clear cadence after any applicable lock-up. Diaspora Feeder investors target an 8–15% net return; Savings Certificates pay a fixed 5–7% coupon depending on term.
